Vault Creation's etching technology enables microfabrication(Fine ethching) of a variety of materials. In particular, our technology for etching metal does this far better than other etching company. Our newly developed etching technology has distinct difference from other etching technology companies and can provide you with core competencies other companies cannot provide. One of our biggest advantages is that it is possible to etch fine holes in micrometer units (even less than 5㎛) so that we can assist our customers that apply our technology.
1) Display part. - OLED Fine metal mask (FMM) / The display component that determines the resolution of a smartphone. - Hole pitch: 33.5㎛, Rib size: 20㎛, PPI: 750 (Mar.2021) - High yeild(60% or more), Low temperature, Fast production time. 2) Elctromagnetic shielding window. - Create shielding function by etching fine and uniform patterns on specific glass. - Development of electromagnetic shielding applicable to various fields. 3) Polymer film barrier - A barrier film in which a hole of 5 micrometers or less is etched into a polymer film. - Block pollen, splash, and dust over 5㎛. - Thin, reuse after washing, smooth airflow. - Product size: Max 200mm*200mm.
